| Join us for our luncheon on November 7th at 11:30am at Fogo De Chao. Our speaker is Carlos Espinoza talking about what to expect running a capital improvement project from CCWRD point-of-view. Carlos is a Principal Engineer in Design Engineering department, and oversees the collection system Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. He has been with CCWRD for 10 years all of which his time has been in Design Engineering: 6.5 years as a CCWRD employee and 4.5 years prior to that working as staff augmentation.
