APWA Young Professionals (YPs)
The mission of the APWA Young Professionals group is to recruit, develop, connect, empower, and retain young professionals in APWA through increased opportunities and resources to enhance their professional development and success within the Association and the Public Works Industry.
We are looking to increase our YP membership in Nevada so please join or refer anyone you think is eligible and would like to participate. You can view our Committee and Events pages on this website to get in touch with the committee or to find out information about one of our upcoming events.
A young professional is eligible to be part of APWA YP if they are:
- -A member of APWA
- -Under 35 years of age
- -Working for a Public Works Municipality, Government Agency, and/or a private company or consulting firm that works closely with Public Works or a student in a field of study related to Public Works, Engineering, and/or Public Administration
