Kylie Rowe is the Executive Director of Truckee Meadows Tomorrow (TMT), a non-profit that has provided comprehensive and reliable Quality of Life data in Northern Nevada for more than 30 years. With a background in leadership, economic development, and marketing communications, Rowe furthers TMT’s mission through data storytelling and public-private collaborations that use data as a guide to improve community well-being. Previously Rowe founded a company in people and organizational development where she developed a leadership training program for the U.S. Department of Energy and other notable clients. Prior to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Rowe served as vice president of economic development, communications and public affairs for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and vice president of corporate relocation for Dickson Realty. These past roles involved Rowe’s stewardship of strategic communications and partnerships to create opportunities for industry growth across Nevada. Rowe earned an undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Nevada, Reno, and then went on to achieve dual master’s degrees in business administration and social work. Rowe’s accolades include ‘Executive of the Year’ by the Silver State Awards, recipient of the ‘20 under 40’ Award by the Reno-Tahoe Young Professional Network, and University of Nevada Reno’s ‘Outstanding MBA Student’ Achievement Award.
