Mr. Brown commenced his professional journey as a Civil Engineer back in 1996. His inaugural projects, notably the South Meadows Business Park and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (“TRIC”), significantly impacted Northern Nevada's landscape. In his capacity, Mr. Brown undertook multifaceted responsibilities encompassing the design and permitting of extensive infrastructure spanning over a hundred miles, inclusive of water, sewer, storm drain, and road networks. His pivotal role extended to securing rights-of-way for critical infrastructure, liaising with entities such as NDOT, the BLM, and private landowners.

Transitioning to his current role alongside partner Lisa Cole at the Apex Industrial Park (“Apex”) in 2007, Mr. Brown assumes a comprehensive managerial stance, overseeing all operational facets of Apex. This includes, but is not limited to, water resource management and navigating the complex landscape of acquiring rights-of-way through various entities such as the BLM, NDOT, UPRR, the Nevada Division of State Lands, as well as municipal authorities like the City of North Las Vegas and Clark County, in addition to private property owners. His client portfolio boasts a diverse array of stakeholders, ranging from leading industrial developers seeking strategic counsel on master planning expansive 20,000-acre developments to collaborating with prominent commercial and residential developers in Nevada. Mr. Brown's proficiency spans across the spectrum of residential, commercial, and industrial development, rendering him adept in catering to the varied needs of his clientele.
