| The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection – Bureau of Water Quality Planning (BWQP) is pleased to announce the availability of the Draft Nevada 2024 Water Quality Integrated Report. This report, prepared in accordance with Clean Water Act sections 303(d), 305(b) and 314, summarizes the status of Nevada’s surface water quality and determines the extent beneficial uses are being supported within the State.
BWQP invites your comments on the Draft Nevada 2024 Water Quality Integrated Report. This draft document is subject to change based on comments received during this public participation process. All written comments received before 5:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025, will be considered during the finalization of the Nevada 2024 Water Quality Integrated Report.
