| Join us for an engaging APWA luncheon featuring Gina Venglass, City Engineer and Deputy Director for the City of Las Vegas Public Works Department. Gina will introduce the audience to Special Improvement Districts and the role they play in providing infrastructure throughout our state. Gina will talk about how SIDs are created, the various types of SID in the city, a new way communities are utilizing Neighborhood Improvement Districts, Kyle Canyon’s infrastructure challenges, updates made to NRS at the last legislative session, and RTC’s updated Policies and Procedures specific to SIDs.
